How do tips and goals work in these rooms?

Models post a goal in the room topic, and viewer tips stack toward it. When the goal hits, the promised part of the show happens, then a new goal starts. Most rooms also run a tip menu of fixed-price requests. Tipping is optional, but it is how you go from spectator to participant.
